Man... I haven't watched a good tv series for a couple of years... I've heard Poiz yelling about this for a bit... and my buddy Meathead and then Panda gave me some shit and said Check that shit out guy, its good church! I watched the 1st season, like 13 episodes in about a week and now its the 3rd episode into season 2.

If you guys have wondered about it, caught commercials and whatever else? You gotta give this a chance... you'll get hooked! Its got fighting, war, chicks, butt burglars, Lucy Lawless, wicked characters/actors, a great story and super wicked 1 liners. Here's a youtube.com link for anyone that would like to take a peek!

Yea this series is very good. Glad it didn't take a dump with the passing of Andy Whitfield. Liam Mcintyre has filled the role quite nicely in my opinion.

yea i didn't think in the last EP of season 2 they were going to throw in some past from the prequel. but now it does make me curious if Gannicus will make an appearance later in the show.

wasnt me yelling lol i think u heard me yelling about breaking bad probably.. anyways i called in sick today and got bored.. started watching the first season on TMNOD only to find out Gods of the Arena isnt season 1 lol so now im gonna haveto go and find the real season 1 and watch it next i guess? fuckign confusing.. even most torrents have gods of the arena as season one yet blood and sand is? sadly only Gods of the arena and vengeance are available on TMNOD so im gonna haveto download blood and sand i guess.. ive onyl watched 3 episodes and its pretty epic so far.. even without the "main" charachter i guess? lol

just finished vengeance.. well upto ep 6 anyways.. not sure if theres more? anywho, i must say that it just was not the same.. they cant just drop in 2-3 new lead roles like that and pretend everythings normal lol it also seems like they cheaped out on on the visual effects this season? or did they look that bad throughout? the storyline stayed pretty strong so i'll give it that but i just dont buy the new guy as spartacus... how did the original guy die anyways? i enjoyed gods of the arena the most out of all 3 seasons.. this being said i would still reccomend this show to anyone who hasnt seen it.. being dissapointed with the third season only shows how much i enjoyed the first 2.

I'm pretty disappointed in this season too Poiz. I find the dialogue sounds forced and cliche, it doesn't have the same casual flow it did in the first two seasons. The actor who played Spartacus first, died from cancer. He was sick at first, that's when they made Gods of the Arena, then he got better and they were about to start season three with him but the cancer came back.

yeah i agree, at first the new guy seemed ok but now at this point his big speech bits are just not believable at all... just sounds to cheesy.
i still like it but sure do miss Andy Whitfield... :(

Loved the show but I agree, the new guy had some big shoes to fill and I dont think he could all by himself. Good to hear season 4 (Or season 3 if you dont count gods of the arena) will end the series on a high note rather than drag this on.

I still think this show is wicked! That poor old Andy guy died of cancer I believe? and I heard that the new guy hung out with him like all the time to try to get in the role and be a good dude.... I think Pump said? I think it was Pump...

But overall, either way, I think its a great f'n show. They have a shit load of great characters. Not all of them are super stars, but I think they all do their piece and ass something. Some of the one lines are great... shut your mouth of crap when you speak to me you fool... or whatever lol! I find there are a lot of bastard villians who are dirtbags but you love them lol...

Either way I like it... and with the new guy (whatever his name is) no matter who it was? You can't always live up to, or be the original dude. Example... Nightmare on Elm Street! LOL... that's another story... gg Spartacus :D

that's GREAT to hear!!! It watched alll of the Spartacus stuff over a few months to get caught up on it and then wondered if it was cancelled or what? I think its been almost a year or more since Season 2 ended?!

Its a great show... I know its not gonna run for 10 seasons or anything but I think they are good for at least a couple more or maybe to about 5 seasons or so... hopefully! :) PS: great looking trailer!!! I'm pumped haha...

yeah lol apparently this is the final season.. not sure where they are gonna go with it since all the bad ppl are dead... but crixxus and gannicus are still alive so at least most of the good cast is still around... the last season wasnt as good as the first couple but im still pumped for this ew one.. maybe this new guy can redeem himself a bit this season.. either way its always good for some excessive nudity and over the top violence and gore : P

anyone who like me was a bigger fan of the first spartacus (andy whitfield) might find this pretty sad... cancer is fucked up... i bet this show woulda been a much bigger hit if Andy was filming it all.
